The history of the Southern Circuit de Monaco, namely the Monte-Carlo circuit, is unusual. Technical sport has been developing in this seaside principality since the end of the 19th century.

The Monza circuit in Italy is still considered to be the fastest circuit to this day. It was created in the early 20s to host the Italian Grand Prix.

The Silverstone circuit in Britain has a strong touch of militarism. It is striking for its large expanses and the hum of the engines, spreading across the plains for miles.

The history of U.S. auto tracks developed along a different path. Over the ocean, the long “European” straights didn’t take root right away.
